Administrative Assistant

◼️Responsibilities include:

▪️Answering phones.

▪️Sorting and Distributing Mail.

▪️Filing paperwork and maintaining company files.

▪️Making copies of any paperwork requested.

▪️Assisting with annual insurance enrollment and W-2 payroll tax information.

▪️Coordinating information and communication among departments.

▪️All other duties as assigned.
